This Prime Commercial Bank was incorporated in September 2007 as the 21st commercial bank in Nepal. It has been categorized as ‘A’ class financial institution registered under the “Banks and Financial Institutions Act” of Nepal. The main objective of this Prime Commercial Bank is ‘Banking Service to Everyone’ which has the 389 total promoters holding the 70% shares of the bank. The bank has established itself in the top level of the financial competition with focusing on providing the excellence service to the customer. Because of this main objective, it has been able to be in the top 10 commercial banks of Nepal.
