NEPSE lists 64,02,711.74 bonus shares of Civil Bank Limited (CBL).
Civil Bank called their 10th AGM virtually for the FY 2076-77 On Falgun,9 2077 under the leadership of its chairman. The board’s proposal has been approved by the AGM to provide 8% bonus shares i.e. Rs 64.02 crore and 0.42% cash dividend worth Rs 3.34 crore to their shareholders.
Furthermore, the same bonus shares has been listed on NEPSE. CBL now has an LTP of Rs 236.
