Only 2,69,700 applicants are allotted 10 units through lottery, where the remaining 12,90,102 applicants gets nothing.
Singati Hydro Energy Limited opened it’s IPO to the general public from 6th-10th Chaitra, 2077. Company issued 29 Lakh shares in this IPO. Among the 29,00,000 units shares, 2% (i.e. 58,000 units) were reserved for their employees and additional 5% (i.e. 1,45,000 units) for mutual funds.
The remaining 26,97,000 were for individual investor. The total valid applicants i.e. 15,59,802 applied for total of 2,27,68,260 units which was oversubscribed by more than 8.47 times.
