3.8% Bonus Shares and 0.20% Cash Dividend to Shareholders by Green Development Bank.

Green Development Bank has called their 8th AGM under its chairman leadership for their FY 2076-77 on Chaitra 28,2077. Also, the boards proposal has been approved by the AGM to provide 3.8% bonus shares and 0.20% cash dividend to their shareholders.

Furthermore media states “the AGM has elected Mr. Prakash Kumar Shrestha and Mr. Biswo Mohan Adhikari as new BODs from the public shareholder group.”
